The law firm Kisling, Nestico & Redick has won over $1 million dollars for every year of its combined experience.

What does that mean? It means they’ve won $450 million in settlements with a collective 400 years’ worth of experience taking on insurance companies.

The firm specializes in various niches of personal claims, including:

  • Traffic/Vehicle Accidents
  • Insurance Bad Faith
  • Class Action
  • Work Injuries
  • Nursing Home Neglect

Serving more than 10,000 clients throughout its history, Kisling, Nestico & Redick have perfected the art of protecting families from the predatory practices of large insurance corporations.

An Early Accident Creates a Mission

Rob Nestico’s passion comes from personal experience. No stranger to the shady practices of big insurance companies, Nestico’s first encounter came at 15 years old.

As a passenger, Nestico suffered a horrific car accident.

He was severely injured by the resulting crash when another driver failed to stop at the stop sign. Nestico sustained a hematoma, two shattered kneecaps, and two broken arms. Nestico needed a 3-month hospital stay to recover.

His parents, both working-class Italian immigrants, did not speak English. The insurance company exploited this fact when they handled the claim. From that moment forward Rob Nestico dedicated himself to protecting families like his from predatory practices.
